L.A.P.D. SWAT team specialist, Jack Traven, is sent out to diffuse a bomb that a revenge-driven extortionist has planted on a city bus. Annie, one of the passengers on that bus, must now keep the bus speeding through the streets of L.A. at more than 50 miles per hour. If she goes below 50, the bomb on board the bus will detonate.
