Donated by Patrons in 2023
Living on an Iowa farm shaped Mary Ann’s early life. Throughout her years in a one-room country school she loved to draw and had strong interest in both art and science. She studded science in college and then moved to Raton to teach math and physics at Raton High School. She worked as an electronic technician at ARF Products in Raton. After the death of her husband she became a rancher for 9 years, which re-awakened her interest in art. She still resides in the Raton area.
