Ruth was born October 7, 1946 in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. Ruth spent her early years traveling the country as an “Air Force Brat” when her family settled in Eatontown, New Jersey she studied and created art moving to New Mexico in 1975 where she continued to work on her passion art. Giving lessons as she did her caretaker duties of three Tesuque estates. In 2002 she relocated to Raton to care for her aging parents. Where she continued to call home until she passed away on March 7, 2019.
