Federal Art Project WPA
Kenneth Miller Adams was born on August 6, 1897 in Topeka, Kansas. He Studied at the Art institute of Chicago and the Art Students League in New York before traveling to Italy and France for further instruction. In 1924 Adams moved to Taos to be the Dasburg and Walter Ufer. He would be the last and youngest member of the Taos Society of Artists. In 1938 he moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico to teach but always summered in Taos. He passed away on June 28, 1966 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
