Dr. Lolittle, on the way to London with his animal caravan, is looking for an original feature that will take the city by storm. He passes a bird store and hears an expensive canary singing. Unable to buy the canary, he purchases an unhappy little green bird who, the shopkeeper tells him, can't sing a lick. But Pinpinella turns out to be an exquite caroler. The Doctor arranges a bird opera which creates a tremendous sensation in London.
