Villa Philmonte - once the home of Waite Philips. This residence plus an 127,383 acre ranch was donated to the Boy Scouts of America in 1941 now called Philmont Scout Ranch. An addition to this residence is now utilized as a Volunteer Training Center for adults in Boy Scout Training Work.
