Lieutenant, U.S. Army, born July 15, 1873, Fort Sill, I.T. (Indian Territory, now Oklahoma), died November 24, 1899, killed in action in Ildenfonso Luzon (the Phillipines). At one time was the Adjutant of the Rough Riders. Buried in Arlington National Cemetery, Washington, D.C.
