Major James Brionne had captured renegade Dave Allard, brought him to trial, and seen him hanged. For this, Allard's family declared war on Brionne. They burned his house, killed his wife, and tried to shoot his son. After an exhaustive but failed search for the Allards, James Brionne abandons his promising political career and takes his son west in an attempt to help them both recover from their loss. But the Allards won't be denied their revenge, and in the mountains of southern Utah, the two parties clash in a bloody battle for retribution.
