Max Skinner is a ruthless, successful English investment broker with no time for life outside of his job. When his uncle dies, Max inherits the chateau and vineyard in the south of France where he grew up, but he then meets a potential rival to the inheritance, a young American who claims to be his illegitimate cousin.
