Philmont Scout Ranch will begin its 81st camping season in 2022. It is a landmark year because Women Rangers have now worked at Philmont for fifty of those 81 seasons helping crews to have an incredible trek on the mountainous wilderness trails of Philmont.
We owe much gratitude to all the women who have worked at Philmont. And for making whatever personal sacrifice needed for you to work here on staff.
