Donald Fredrick Partridge was born on July 13, 1902 in Minneapolis, Kansas. He received an A.B. Degree in business administration from Baker University and moved to Farmington, New Mexico where he taught mathematics and science where he met his wife Ruth who was also a teacher and after a few years they moved to Raton, New Mexico where they ran a Raton Sign and Ducco Shop making neon signs. Painting was one of his hobbies which he enjoyed Don passed away July 11, 1998 in Los Alamitos, California.
